How long can you stay in Mexico?
Mexico offers up to 180 days per entry to most Western nationalities, but in practice the immigration officer decides how many days they grant you — anywhere from 7 to 180. Be friendly, show proof of funds and a return ticket.

How the days count
- Arrive in Mexico on 1 June — that's day 1 (entry and exit days both count).
- Your last legal day is 27 November (day 180).
- Each entry gets its own allowance, but repeated back-to-back entries ("border runs") can get you refused at the border.
